Monster Crown PS4, Xbox One Release Pushed Back

Publisher SOEDESCO and developer Studio Aurum announced that the release of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of monster taming RPG Monster Crown have been delayed. A new release date for these consoles — originally set for November 2, 2021 — has not yet been announced. Monster Crown released digitally for PC and Nintendo Switch on October 12, 2021, and a North American Nintendo Switch physical release is still planned for November 2, 2021.

Monster Crown is set 20 years after a group rose up and overthrew the tyrannical Philosopher Kings who ruled Crown Island. However, a woman is now seeking to take hold of the Kings’ power, with players traveling across the land and making pacts with monsters as they seek to stop her. The game features over 200 base monsters, which can be bred and fused to create brand new species.
