Pecaminosa Receiving Free Content Update

Cereal Games announced that it will be releasing a free content update for noir action RPG Pecaminosa. Titled La Soirée, the update will add an epilogue and closure to the game’s main case — including new areas, characters, and endings — as well as new casino mini-games. A release date for the update has not yet been revealed.

Pecaminosa puts players in the role of disgraced detective John Souza, who is one day visited by the ghost of mob boss Charlie “Two Angels”, and tasked with helping him capture his former associates in a bid to get Charlie into Heaven. The game features character customization with weapons and outfits letting players utilize different play styles. Pecaminosa released for PC and Nintendo Switch in May 2021. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions are also in development, with a release date for those consoles expected alongside the announcement of La Soirée’s release date.
