Monster Hunter Stories 2 Roars With a New Trailer

During the kickoff event for the Summer Game Fest 2021, Capcom released a new trailer for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin. The new trailer features more of the game’s cutscenes as the characters attempt to comprehend the new threat.

Monster Hunter Stories 2 is a turn-based RPG spinoff of the Monster Hunter series that sees the player take on the role of a Rider, someone who befriends and fights alongside monsters. After all the Rathalos disappear, the player comes across an egg containing a flightless, black-winged Ratholos that is said to bring about the end of the world.

The game is set to release on the Nintendo Switch and PC on July 9, 2021. A Deluxe Edition will also be available that features additional outfits for Ena and Navirou, layered armor and a helmet for the player, and a sticker set. Those who pre-order the game will also receive the Kamura Maiden Outfit for Ena.
