Beyond Mankind: The Awakening Launching in August

Brytenwalda Studios announced that its first-person post-apocalyptic RPG Beyond Mankind: The Awakening will release on August 31, 2021. Originally planned for release this month, the game will be available for PC, Mac, and Linux via Steam.

Inspired by Fallout, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., and Metro 2033, Beyond Mankind: The Awakening lets players create their own soldier for H.O.P.E., a military organization tasked with recovery following a nuclear winter. The game features survival elements, including hunger and thirst management, crafting, searching for shelter, and limited inventory space. Players can also build up relationships with other characters, including romance.
