Saviors of Sapphire Wings, Stranger of Sword City Revisited Bundle Launches in March

NIS America announced western release dates for its dual release of Experience Inc.’s dungeon-crawlers Saviors of Sapphire Wings and Stranger of Sword City Revisited. The games will launch for PC worldwide and Nintendo Switch in North America on March 16, 2021, with the European Nintendo Switch release following on March 19, 2021. Physical limited editions for Nintendo Switch are currently available to pre-order from NIS America’s online store in North America and Europe for $79.99/£74.99.

Saviors of Sapphire Wings, previously referred to as “Blue-Winged Chevalier”, was released for PlayStation Vita in Japan in 2019. The game is a remake of earlier title Students of Round. Released only in Japan, Students of Round was originally released for PC in 2010 before being ported to Xbox 360 in 2011 and PlayStation Portable in 2012. The game sees a fallen hero returning to life 100 years after the Overlord of Darkness defeated the Knights of the Round and plunged the world into ruin.

Stranger of Sword City Revisited is an enhanced version of Stranger of Sword City. The original version of the game released for Xbox One, PlayStation Vita, and PC in 2016, with the Revisited version releasing worldwide for PlayStation Vita in 2017. Players control the survivor of a plane crash that results in them entering the world of Escaria.
