New Developer Established for Lords of the Fallen 2
Publisher CI Games has announced the formation of a new development studio. Hexworks is based in Barcelona and Bucharest, and began operating in March 2020. The studio’s first title is Lords of the Fallen 2, which was originally announced in 2015.
Lords of the Fallen 2 is a sequel to 2014 action RPG Lords of the Fallen, developed by Deck13 Interactive — which went on to develop The Surge and The Surge 2 — and CI Games. The sequel was previously being worked on by Defiant Studios, but the developer was dropped from the project earlier in 2019.
