Focus Home Interactive Acquires Deck13

In its announcement of its annual financial results, publisher Focus Home Interactive revealed that it has acquired Deck13. The developer and publisher has previously worked with Focus Home Interactive on The Surge and its sequel The Surge 2.

The deal will see Focus home Interactive acquire 100% of Deck13’s capital shares and gain control over its IP. Focus Home Interactive will also acquire Deck13’s indie publishing arm, which is set to release the console versions of CrossCode in July.
