Azur Lane: Crosswave Gets New Mode, Character Screenshots

Idea Factory International released its latest set of screenshots for Azur Lane: Crosswave. The first section of the images below shows some of the modes in the game. First is the Episode Mode where characters interact in numerous event scenes, which is followed by the Extreme Battle Mode where players select from over a hundred possible missions and collect Heart Pieces that can be used to build their relationship with the characters. Also shown are the Scouting system, where new characters are unlocked, and the in-game shop.

The new screenshots also introduce a new set of characters. This batch features the playable characters Yamashiro and Yukikaze from the Sakura Empire, the Royal Navy’s Unicorn, and the Eagle Union’s Laffey. They are joined by the Eagle union’s support characters Eldridge and Columbia.

Azur Lane: Crosswave is a naval 3D shooter RPG featuring personified battleships, who can transform between ship and human forms. The game is based on the 2017 mobile Chinese game, Azur Lane. Azur Lane: Crosswave will launch worldwide on PC via Steam and for PlayStation 4 in North America on February 13, 2020, with the European PlayStation 4 version releasing on February 21, 2020.
