God Eater 3 Version 2.20 Update Hits Next Week

Bandai Namco announced that the free version 2.20 update for God Eater 3 will be released on December 9, 2019. The update adds the Lulu and Ricardo chapters of the “Encounters with the Past” set of extra story episodes, with new Japanese trailers for both viewable below, as well as a New Game Plus mode and a feature to let players change the background music.

God Eater 3 is the third mainline title in the series, which sees players controlling the eponymous fighters as they take on monstrous beings called Aragami that have laid waste to human civilisation. The game is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch, and includes solo play as well as online multiplayer with regular missions for up to four players and special Assault missions for up to eight players.
