Dead in Vinland Coming to Switch, Gets New DLC on PC

CCCP and Playdius have announced that management/survival RPG Dead in Vinland is coming to Nintendo Switch. The Switch version will be released in Q2 2019, and will include all of the DLC released on PC.

At the same time, the companies confirmed that a new piece of DLC is now available on PC. The Battle of the Heodenings adds an endless sandbox mode and is available for €4.99/$4.99. The expansion is the second of three planned DLC sets, and lets players choose a customised party and attempt to survive as long as possible.

Dead in Vinland was first released for PC in April 2018 and tasks players with helping the Viking Eirik and his family survive after they are exiled to an unknown land. The game is set in the same universe as CCCP’s previous title, Dead in Bermuda, but is not directly connected story-wise.
