Fury Goes Hollow in Darksiders III

In a new trailer released by THQ Nordic, players get to see the protagonist of Darksiders III show off one of her new Hollows. Fury is the latest of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse players will take control of, and she comes with some brand-new tricks up her sleeve. The whip-wielding mage will gain access to four Hollows, special powers bestowed upon her by the Hollow Lord that will evolve both her form and weaponry, over the course of the game. In the trailer, Fury taps into her Force Hollow by switching to a heavy battle hammer during a mid-air combo, brutally slamming her foe back to the ground after sending him flying with a flick of her whip.

Developed by series newcomer Gunfire Games, Darksiders III follows Fury, who’s been tasked by the Charred Council to scour heaven and hell in a bid to hunt down and eradicate the Seven Deadly Sins, which include currently-announced demonic forms of Sloth, Wrath, and Envy. The game, which releases on November 27, 2018, is currently available for pre-order, including the massive Apocalypse Edition, as well as the slightly-less massive Collector’s Edition. Darksiders III will release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
