Western Release Announced for Super Neptunia RPG

Idea Factory International announced that it will be releasing Super Neptunia RPG — known in Japan as Brave Neptunia — in North America and Europe. The game will be released in fall 2018 and be available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.

Super Neptunia RPG is partly developed by Quebec-based developer Artisan Studios and is a 2D side-scrolling RPG spin-off. The game takes place in an alternate universe where 2D games still reign supreme. The world of Gamindustri is ruled by an organisation named Bombyx Mori, which collects 2D games as taxes and ban new technologies or games that don’t meet its standards. More details will be provided through the game’s official website as it apporaches release.
