Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones Receives Demo
Indie developer Cultic Games has released a demo for its upcoming Lovecraftian RPG Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones. The demo is available through Steam ahead of the game’s planned released for PC, Mac, and Linux in 2019.
Funded through Kickstarter, Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones lets players create a character based on one of eight archetypes. The game features various systems simulating and providing dialogue options based on the character’s mental state and offers various recruitable characters. Battles are turn-based and is stated to be based on combat in the Might and Magic series.
