The formerly 3DS-exclusive FuRyu RPG comes to new consoles as The Legend of Legacy HD Remastered. Unfortunately a little graphics bump does little to improve a still rather frustrating gameplay experience.

At the end of the day, Legend of Legacy provides a satisfying experience, with plenty to explore, and lots of challenging combat to experience. It may not bear the SaGa name, but it carries on the best aspects of the series. Akitoshi Kawazu would be proud.
The Legend of Legacy comes from FuRyu’s development studios, and it has most everything that has come to characterize the SaGa games, both for good and for bad.
NIS America has announced a release date for The Legend of Legacy HD Remastered. Players can get their hands on the updated version of this 3DS RPG in early 2024.
NIS America revealed a HD remaster for FuRyu and Cattle Call’s The Legend of Legacy. The 3DS turn-based RPG is coming to PC and consoles early next year.
