Vaporum: Lockdown Announced

Fatbot Games announced Vaporum: Lockdown, a prequel to its steampunk dungeon-crawler Vaporum. Like Vaporum, Vaporum: Lockdown is a single-character real-time dungeon-crawler that utilises grid-based dungeons and a first-person perspective. The game follows scientist Lisa Teller, who is part of project locations on the middle of the ocean. After a certain disastrous event she must try and find her way out of the tower of Arx Vaporum.

The game will include an optional stop-time mode, which progresses time only when the player acts, allowing player to consider the next move for combat and puzzles carefully. It will also include fully voiced main characters and customisation options through gadgets. Vaporum: Lockdown is being developed for PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, and is expected to release sometime in early 2020.
