Fear Tall Grass Gets New Trailer

Entalto Publishing and Forgotten Bastions released a new trailer for dark fantasy roguelite monster battler Fear Tall Grass as part of the Out of Bounds Showcase 2026. The minute-long video gives a quick overview of the game as players battle against and recruit creatures in a medieval-style world. The game is in development for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch, with a playtest currently underway on Steam.

Fear Tall Grass is set in a world that is being consumed by creatures called Vilekin. Players control Gray, the last steward of the Oathguard, who must brave the tall grass in order to tame the creatures and use them to protect the remainder of humanity. Players can collect over a hundred creatures across six elemental types. As they clear parts of the world, they can construct permanent buildings that provide buffs.
