Under the Island Physical Release Announced

Curveball Games and Top Hat Studios have announced a physical release for Slime King Games’s adventure title Under the Island. The game — which released digitally for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch in February — will be available physically on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch in September 2026. The physical editions will be priced at $29.99/£24.99 on PlayStation 5 and $34.99/£29.99 on Nintendo Switch.

Under the Island puts players in the role Nia, a newcomer to Seashell Island. She joins forces with local girl Avocado to investigate the island’s supposed fate of sinking beneath the ocean. Players explore six different regions, completing quests and other activities while befriending various inhabitants of the island.
