New Gods, Death & Reapers Playtest Announced

Wolcen Studio announced a new closed alpha playtest for its upcoming free-to-play action RPG Gods, Death & Reapers. The latest test will run from 1am PT on April 30 to 9am PT on May 4, 2026. Those interested in participating can sign up here.

Gods, Death & Reapers is set in an afterlife where gods have perished but where mythology is real. The player takes on the role of an individual chosen by Death to restore balance to various mythological realms, starting with Norse Mythology. The game features an Extraction mode where players enter maps with different objectives and treasures and face off against enemies and other players to claim loot. Only successful extractions grant rewards that can be exchanged with other players. The game is planned to release on Steam Early Access later this year.
