Paradox Interactive Acquiring Haemimont Games

Publisher Paradox Interactive announced that it is acquiring developer Haemimont Games. The acquisition will see Haemimont Games becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Paradox, with its current leadership and team remaining active alongside its current ongoing projects.

Haemimont Games was established in 1997 and is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The studio is known for creating simulation, strategy, and RPG titles including 2015’s Victor Vran and 2023’s Jagged Alliance 3.
