Mobile Title Destiny: Rising Announced

NetEase Games announced Destiny: Rising, a mobile sci-fi RPG shooter set in Bungie’s Destiny universe. The game will be a free-to-play title with a variety of playable hero characters including solo as well as co-op and competitive multiplayer modes. A limited closed alpha test is planned for November, with those interested in participating able to sign-up through the game’s official website.

Destiny: Rising takes place in an alternate timeline to the main series, with its story taking place in the post-Dark Age era. It follows humanity as it, with the help of the Iron Lords, rallies against the forces intent on its resurrection in the early days of The City.
