Kickstarter Campaign Launched for Hidden Pass

Developer GG Studio launched a Kickstarter campaign for its upcoming tactical RPG Hidden Pass. The title is billed as drawing inspiration from titles such as XCOM 2, Into The Breach, and Heroes of Might and Magic III. The game is set in the fantasy world of Averon, made of multiple islands floating in the sky. The player is tasked with leading an expedition in the Elyrium Belt, where a precious mineral has caught the interest of many factions willing to exploit its extraordinary properties.

Hidden Pass features turn-based battles, with the player controlling a party of four units capable of leveling up and gaining new skills. Outside battle, players can gather resources, produce new units, upgrade their gears, and develop new technologies. The exploration of new islands as well as the building and management of various facilities are important aspects of gameplay.

Hidden Pass is in development for PC. The Kickstarter campaign aims for €10,000 (around $10,700) in funding and is set to run until June 18, 2024. Backers pledging at least €20 will receive a digital copy of the game. The title is planned to release on Steam during the second half of 2024.
