Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn Gets New Gameplay Video

Indie developer A44 Games revealed a new gameplay trailer for Souls-lite action RPG Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn. It features protagonist Nor Vanek along with her enigmatic companion Enki, as they battle newly-revealed enemies using their magical abilities in the Wanderer’s Rest area. Extended gameplay footage showcasing new characters and abilities is set to be revealed next month. The game is due to be released for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store this summer.

Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn takes place in a world where the gods have been unleashed after the Door to the Afterlife has opened. Players take on the role of Nor, an explosion expert and leader of a coalition army, along with her fox-like companion, Enki. They must travel through deserts, ruins, and the City of Dawn to reassemble a team of explosives and weaponry experts as they attempt to retake the world from the gods.

I have been gaming since I received the Sega Master System as a young child, which was the first console I ever owned (Yes, I am that old). The game that got me into RPGs was Final Fantasy VIII, a game that I still adore to this day. My favorite RPG of all time, however, is Shadow Hearts on the PS2. I do have many other interests outside of gaming as well, such as watching old-school wrestling, Reading books, 80s movies.... or anything 80s related as a matter of fact.
