Earthlock 2 Gets Re-Reveal

Developer Snowcastle Games revealed a new trailer for its open-world RPG Earthlock 2 and a reworked core vision for the project. The minute-long trailer features a cinematic of a Desert Ship as it comes across a giant monster. In the new vision the developer has for the title, biome manipulation and ship customization are among the prominent aspects. The game is in development for PC and consoles with no release date as of yet.

In Earthlock 2, the player is tasked with exploring the Desert of Kor and transforming it into an oasis full of life. The exploration is made possible thanks to the Desert Ship that the protagonist has under their control. This ship serves as mode of transportation, base of operations, and mechanized weapon. As for the transformation of the desert into oasis, the process requires interactions with vibrant ecosystems scattered around the Desert of Kor. These ecosystems offer various resources and can become more vibrant and dangerous if certain requirements are met. As the player progresses in the game, the customization options of the Desert Ship will increase.
