Resistor Receives New Introduction Trailer

PQube and Long Way Home released a new “introduction” trailer for car combat RPG Resistor. The two-minute video is narrated by voice actor Gianni Matragrano gives a quick overview of the game’s premise and setting while showing its character customisation options, car combat, and other gameplay elements.

Resistor is set in a future where the world is made up of self-contained city-states ruled over by a league of corporations. Those who live inside the cities enjoy comfortable lives, while those in the communities outside try and scrape a living together in the wastes, with annual death races allowing those outside to obtain citizenship inside the cities. Players control Aster, the child of a great racer, who is trying to secure healthcare for their mother. Resistor is in development for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch, but does not yet have a release window.
