Granblue Fantasy: Relink is an action RPG based on Cygames’ Granblue Fantasy smartphone title. The game takes place in the Sky Realm, a world of a myriad floating islands. It follows the male or female main protagonist after they come to the rescue of Lyria, a mysterious young girl who has escaped from the Erste Empire, and end up with Lyria’s life force linked to theirs as they search for a fabled island beyond the skies called Estalucia.

So, this isn’t a remake of another title? This is a stand-alone game?

To my knowledge it’s fully standalone. There are obvious connections to the other Granblue Fantasy media (characters, setting details), but I don’t know if there are direct story/event connections one informs the others.
