Achilles: Legends Untold Gets Story Revamp

Dark Point Games has released its final planned major Early Access update for action RPG Achilles: Legends Untold. The update features a revamp of the game’s story, which begins at the Battle of Troy and Achilles’s death during his fight with Paris. However, Achilles wakes up back in Greece with no memories of what happened after that and with monsters and undead walking around.

The new story is said to feature many more NPCs, as well as more dialogue, event scenes, and comments from Achilles himself. The update also includes a new XP and currency system, adjustments to the design of its Troy section, a new boss, and other improvements and bug fixes. A full list of changes is available on Steam.

Achilles: Legends Untold is currently available on Early Access for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, with the current version including around half of its main story content. The game will fully release for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S in fall 2023.
