Tactical Roguelite Dicefolk Announced
Publisher Good Shepherd Entertainment, with developers LEAP Game Studios and Tiny Ghoul, announced Dicefolk. The game is a single-player tactical roguelite and creature collector planned for release on PC later this year. It is currently available to wishlist on Steam.
Dicefolk is set in a world where beings called Dicefolk are able to bring creatures called chimeras to life. Players control a Dicefolk who can use their dice-shaped artifacts to command chimeras and restore peace after certain chimeras run amok. They build up a squad of creatures, unlocking new talismans to command more powerful chimeras. Players can also select the faces of their dice to influence their chimeras abilities, and can strategise by selecting the order that both sides of battle act in.
