Hyper Light Breaker Gets Gameplay Reveal Trailer

Gearbox Publishing and Heart Machine released a new trailer for the upcoming Hyper Light Breaker. The 100-second video shows the game’s action RPG and 3D exploration across open biomes. In addition, the companies also announced that the game will release on Steam Early Access in fall 2023.

Hyper Light Breaker is set in the same universe as Hyper Light Drifter but tells a separate story in a new land known as the Overgrowth. It features single-player and co-op multiplayer as players control Breakers looking to overthrow the Abyss King. Players explore large biomes while picking up items and weapons to create their character builds while surviving the mysterious Crowns and helping develop their home settlement.
