Across the Obelisk Expansion Coming This Month

Paradox Interactive and Dreamsite Games announced that co-op deckbuilding roguelite Across the Obelisk will be getting an expansion. The Wolf Wars expansion will release on PC, Mac, and Linux via Steam on March 30, 2023. It adds a new story where players travel ten years into the past, plus new playable character Yogger and new pet Wolfy. There will also be a free update release the same day that includes new The Black Forge and Sewer sub-zones.

Across the Obelisk originally released for PC, Mac, and Linux in 2022 after spending around a year in Early Access. It sees players creating a party and taking part in turn-based tactical combat. The game features single player or co-op with up to three others as the party takes its own path across the world that branches based on their decisions. The base game features sixteen playable characters, over 500 upgradeable cards, and over 200 items.
