Loop8: Summer of Gods Gets English Trailer

XSEED Games released the first English localised trailer and screenshots for Marvelous’s Loop8: Summer of Gods. The three-minute video gives a quick introduction to the game and its gameplay systems.

Loop8 sees Nini and his classmates attempting to defeat demonic creatures called Kegai. Nini’s special “Demon Sight” ability allows him to reset to world, letting him and his allies relive their summer until they manage to defeat the Kegai or are completely defeated. Character bonds play a key role, with the game featuring an emotion-driven AI system that sees characters stories, reactions, and combat capabilities changing based on player choices and their relationships with other characters.

Loop8: Summer of Gods will release in Japan for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on March 16, 2023, with a PC release following on March 21, 2023. North American and European releases are currently planned for spring 2023.
