Sea Horizon Fully Launching on Steam Next Week

Softstar Entertainment announced that 45 Studio’s Sea Horizon will fully release for PC on Steam on October 20, 2022. The turn-based RPG features roguelike, survival, and deckbuilding elements, and has been on Steam Early Access since May 2022. The full Steam release comes on the same day as its digital Nintendo Switch release, with PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S versions planned to follow in early 2023.

Sea Horizon is set on the land of Myrihyn, which has been shattered into numerous islands. Players explore the islands by ship, aiming to stop an invasion by the Dark Fiend. The game’s turn-based combat is said to be inspired by Dungeons & Dragons and Magic the Gathering, using dice-based mechanics that determine the resources available to the player on each turn.
