Forspoken Sees Another Delay

Square Enix announced that its upcoming action RPG Forspoken will see another delay. The game will now arrive on January 24, 2023. The company stated that the decision was made as a result of discussion with strategic partners, and that the content for the game is complete and it was in its final polishing phase.

The first production from Luminous Productions, a team assembled from Final Fantasy XV veterans, Forspoken has players take control of Frey Holland, a woman ripped from New York City and brought to a fantastical land of Athia. The game has an open world, and focuses on fluid traversal and powerful magic spells. It is set to release on PlayStation 5 and PC.
