New Release Round-Up (May 19, 2022)
Welcome to RPGamer’s new release round-up. In this column we look to provide our readers with details on all of the RPGs released over the week. Please note we do not currently include Early Access releases where the game is still in development.
Decision: Red Daze
Post-apocalyptic action RPG Decision: Red Daze is set in a region called the Dust Bowl where the conditions have allowed a bacteria known as Red Daze to become airborne. Those afflicted with the Red Daze become mutated zombie-like creatures who attack the few surviving settlements left. Players are tasked with gathering the necessary resources to set forth and locate other survivors in order to fight back the deadly disease.

Sci-fi action RPG Dolmen features cosmic horror elements and is set on the hostile planet of Revion Prime in a universe where humanity has colonised numerous planets. Players are tasked with unraveling the secrets behind a crystal called Dolmen that is being utilised by an alien species called the Vahani and is abundant on the planet.
Guild of Dungeoneering Ultimate Edition

Guild of Dungeoneering is a turn-based dungeon-crawler where, rather than controlling the hero, players build a dungeon around them. Dungeons are built using cards drawn from their guild deck. The Ultimate Edition includes all of the content from the original game and its DLC, as well as new quests, monsters, classes, weapons, and loot.

Outward puts players in the role of a vulnerable inhabitant of the fantasy world Aurai. The game features hardcore survival elements including wounds that can become infected, plus the need for sleep and sustenance. It also features two-player cooperative multiplayer both locally and online. The Definitive Edition includes the base game as well as its two DLC: The Three Brothers and The Soroboreans. It also includes quality-of-life and balance adjustments, as well as new content such as new dungeon encounters, new defeat scenarios, and new diseases. Those who already own Outward and The Three Brothers DLC will be able to redeem a free copy of the Definitive Edition.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong utilises the rules and world of the fifth edition of the Vampire: The Masquerade tabletop game. Players select one of three protagonists — Galeb Bazory, Emem Louis, and Leysha — tasked with investigating attacks on the Boston Camarilla by unknown assassins. Each character has a “character sheet” that players can customise; for example, choosing to specialise in persuasion or to be an expert in technology.
