XEL Receives New Videos

Tiny Roar and Assemble Entertainment released a trio of videos for action adventure title XEL. The new videos, viewable below, show multiple gameplay and design elements, featuring narration from Game Director Maurice Hagelstein and Game Designer Tom Erenstein.

XEL follows an amnesiac protagonist named Reid who is shipwrecked on a mysterious planet filled with secrets and puzzles, and has an unstable sense of time. The game features combat that uses combos, dodging, and parrying, with Reid able to gain access to a variety of weapons and gadgets. She also unlocks abilities that let her bend the rules of space and time to overcome obstacles and defeat enemies. XEL is planned to release on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch in 2022.
