NCSoft Announces MMORPG Lineage W

Korean publisher and developer NCSoft has announced Lineage W. The game is an MMORPG planned for a worldwide release and will be made available on PC, iOS, Android, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5. The PC and console versions will utilise NCSoft’s Purple cross-play service.

Lineage W is a new entry in the publisher’s Lineage franchise, which has been running for over twenty years. The game is planned to act as a compilation of the series. NCSoft stated that it plans to emphasise the core values of “battle, pledge, sacrifice, and honor” and expand the series’ “battle community” globally. The thirty-minute announcement showcase can be viewed below alongside a number of individual trailers.
