Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Gears Up for Switch Release

Bandai Namco released a new trailer for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot ahead of the game’s release on Nintendo Switch next month. The five-minute video goes over its main features and confirms that the Switch release comes with the A New Power Awakens Part 1 and 2 DLC. The Switch version will also include a new selectable difficulty and sub-quests that allow additional characters to become playable. The new difficulty options and playable characters will be added to existing platform releases at a later date.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is a retelling of Dragon Ball Z, a manga and anime series centered on Kakarot, more commonly known as Goku. The game released worldwide in January 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, with the Nintendo Switch version set to release on September 24, 2021.
