Octopath Traveler Available on Xbox One

Square Enix’s Octopath Traveler is now available on Xbox One. The game is available to purchase from the Microsoft Store, priced at $59.99 with a 30% launch discount available until April 1, 2021. PC players can also now purchase the game for Windows 10 through the Microsoft Store, with both the PC and Xbox One versions also included as part of the Xbox Game Pass subscription service.

Octopath Traveler is a turn-based RPG partly designed as a throwback to 32-bit era RPGs. The game features turn-based battles and eight playable characters, each with their own story and unique base class. Octopath Traveler originally released on Nintendo Switch in 2018, before arriving on PC in 2019 and Google Stadia in 2020, with those looking to read more about the game able check out Matt Masem’s review of the Nintendo Switch version.
