Genshin Impact Launching for PC, Mobile in September

Developer and publisher miHoYo announced that its open-world action RPG Genshin Impact will launch for PC, iOS, and Android on September 28, 2020. The game is a free-to-play online title and will include cross-platform co-op for up to four players. A PlayStation 4 release is planned for fall 2020, with a Nintendo Switch version also in development.

The initial version of Genshin Impact will let players explore two of the world of Teyvat’s seven major cities, with additional cities, story content, characters, and more to be added in later updates. Players take on the role of a figure known as “the Traveler”, embarking on a journey to find their long-lost sibling and learn the secrets of the world. They are joined by a companion called Paimon and travel with a customised party of up to four characters.
