Hellpoint Sequel Chapter Released for Free

Publisher tinyBuild and developer Cradle Games have released Hellpoint: The Thespian Feast as a free download on Steam. The release is a standalone sequel chapter to Hellpoint — despite the main game not being released yet — featuring a new protagonist and taking place several years later. The Thespian Feast uses the same map used in the game’s original 2016 demo with new enemies and a new boss fight.

Hellpoint is a sci-fi action RPG set on a derelict space station orbiting a black hole and lists Dark Souls, Dead Space, Event Horizon, and Hellraiser as its inspirations. The game will feature split-screen and online co-op multiplayer and is set to be released for PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on April 16, 2020.
