Tactical RPG Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery Announced

X.D. Network and MICAteam have announced Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery, a new turn-based tactical RPG. The game is being developed for PC, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android and will come with Japanese audio plus English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean subtitle options. It is a remake of 2013 title Code Name: Bakery Girl. Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery will be released as a paid-for single-player title, though no release date has been announced.

Reverse Collapse is development by the studio behind smartphone strategy RPG Girls’ Frontline and set in the same universe. The game tasks place in the near-future during a Second Cold War between the Antarctic Union and the UURSG. The game follows Mendo, an operative in the Antarctic Union’s intelligence agency, who suffers from amnesia after his team is wiped out. Mendo is saved by a mysterious silver-haired girl called Jefuty, and the two find themselves pursued by enemies from both sides of the war.
