Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists Gets Character-Specific Buildings

Koei Tecmo and Gust have released new information and screenshots detailing some unique aspects of the town-building features in Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists: Ateliers of the New World. Nelke will incorporate more than two hundred different types of facilities including many buildings that will be familiar to fans of the series. This will allow players to turn streets into shopping districts or set aside areas for farming. In addition, players will be able to construct character-associated buildings by fulfilling character requests and increasing friendship levels with the returning alchemists. These include Rorona’s Pie Shop, Logy’s Blimp Dock, and Edge’s Hot Springs, among others, and these special buildings will have a positive effect on the town.

Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists sees protagonist Nelke tasked with building up the village of Westwald. To help her, she recruits various alchemists from across the series. Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists is set to be released in Japan on January 31, 2019, in North America on March 26, 2019, and in Europe on March 29, 2019. The game will be released in the west on PC (via Steam), PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
