Zanki Zero Receives English Character Trailer, 2019 Release Window

Spike Chunsoft has announced that its dungeon-crawling survival RPG Zanki Zero: Last Beginning will be released in North America and Europe in spring 2019. The announcement for the western release period for the game, which released in Japan last week, came with an English-subtitled version of the game’s character trailer, viewable below.

Zanki Zero is developed by Spike Chunsoft along with Lost Dimension developer Lancarse. The game sees players controlling a group of eight clones on Gareki Island. The clones are supposedly the last remnants of humanity, and have a shortened lifespan of just thirteen days, but can be brought back as new clones by a special machine that retains their memories, personalities, and skills. The game is set to be released in North America and Europe for PlayStation 4 and PC.
