PQube Announces Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story

Publisher PQube has announced Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story, a new title that offers a blend of management, simulation, and RPG elements. Developed by AGATE, Valthirian Arc puts players in the role of the principal of an academy in the world of Valthiria. Players will have to supervise students’ training before sending them off to undertake quests and adventures in the world. By completing quests, the students grow in ability and also bring back loot that can be used to upgrade the academy.

The game features over twenty buildings that can be constructed and upgraded, and while the students start out as mere apprentices they can be trained in one of nine specialist classes. Players follows the students on the quests, which involve tactical real-time combat. As the academy grows, it will become a pawn in the political struggles of Valthiria, as five nations vie for the right to the land.

Valthirian Arc is being developed for PC, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. The game is planned for release later this year.
