XSEED Games Announces Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity, Ys: Memories of Celceta PC Dates
XSEED Games has announced releases dates for two upcoming PC RPG ports. First, Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity will be released via Steam on July 11, 2018, priced at $14.99/€14.99/£12.99. It will be followed two weeks later on July 25, 2018, by Ys: Memories of Celceta, which will be available via Steam, GOG.com, and the Humble Store priced at $24.99/€24.99/£19.99. Both games will have a 10% launch discount applied to those prices for their first week on sale.
Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity is a doujin title inspired by the Touhou bullet-hell series and action RPGs such as Ys. The game was previously released for PlayStation 4 in 2016 with the PC version adding support for resolutions up to 4K and an exclusive new “Bullet Hell” difficulty mode. The PlayStation 4 version of Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity was reviewed by Pascal Tekaia.
Ys: Memories of Celceta is a remake of Ys IV and was released for PlayStation Vita in North America in 2013. The PC version of the game will include various enhancements including HD resolutions, unlocked framerates, fully customizable control bindings, and mouse support. It will also include a digital version of “Adol’s Travel Journal” that was included in the PlayStation Vita limited edition.
