Bellwright Trailer Teases Horseback Traversal

Donkey Crew and Snail Games USA released a new teaser trailer for Early Access open-world survival RPG Bellwright. The video teases the upcoming addition of horses, which players will be able to use to more quickly traverse the game’s large areas. The game has been in Steam Early Access since 2024, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions made available earlier this year.

Bellwright takes place in the medieval world of Karvenia. Players assume the role of a man framed for the murder of the prince and sentenced to death. Managing to escape his execution, he joins a rebellion against the tyrannical queen responsible for his death warrant and the suffering of his people. The game includes both solo and co-op gameplay combining action, life simulation, and town building aspects. Players are tasked with building, managing, and expanding their own settlements with multiple progression paths for story quests.
