Neptunia Unlimited Receives New Trailer, Screenshots

Compile Heart released a new Japanese trailer and new screenshots for Neptunia Unlimited, its newest mainline Neptunia title. The four-minute trailer shows various combat elements, including its new aerial battles and Apocalypse battles, plus various skill systems. Meanwhile, the screenshots show an assortment of gameplay features, including world exploration, conversation scenes, mini-games, and photo mode.

Neptunia Unlimited is the first new mainline entry since Megadimension Neptunia VII. Goddesses Neptunia (Purple Heart), Noire (Black Heart), Blanc (White Heart), Vert (Green Heart) will return, joined by new characters Rouge (Red Heart), Ciel (Blue Heart), and Anna and Lot (Eclipse Heart). The game’s story revolves around a meteorite heralding the end of the world and Neptunia’s “Retry” ability. The game is planned to release in Japan on August 27, 2026, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
