Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok Demo Released
Cygames has released a free demo for Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok, its upcoming enhanced version of 2024 action RPG Granblue Fantasy: Relink. The demo — available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2 — lets players go through some of the game’s early story in Story Mode, access four solo or co-op quests in Quest Mode, and learn the game’s basics in Tutorial Mode. Save data cannot be carried into the full game, but those who complete the demo’s Story Mode or Quest Mode content and retain the clear data will receive in-game rewards in the full version.
In addition, the developer provided details on how players can access the new “Endless Ragnarok” story and the new Conflux gameplay mode. The new story can be accessed after clearing the “Tale of Bahamut’s Rage” quest, which also unlocks Chaos-difficulty quests. The new Summons battle mechanic is also unlocked upon beginning Endless Ragnarok’s new story. To access the Conflux, players will need to progress through a newly added side quest in Seedhollow, which becomes available during Chapter 6 of the main story. Players can unlock additional Cycles in the Conflux by progressing through Hard and Maniac difficulty quests, with additional cycles providing different upgrade materials.
Finally, Cygames also announced that the original Granblue Fantasy: Relink release will receive a major update. The update will include a number of quality-of-life improvements, along with overall game rebalancing and the addition of new side quests.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok will release for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2 on July 9, 2026. The game is based on Cygames’ Granblue Fantasy smartphone title and takes place in the Sky Realm, a world of a myriad floating islands. Endless Ragnarok includes new story content following from the events of Relink, the ability for players to call upon summons, new co-op quest tiers and additional bosses, a new solo mode called the Conflux, and new master traits for characters.
