Everlast: Undying Tale Gets Weekend Playtest

InSpades Studios announced it will be holding a weekend playtest for multiplayer open-world RPG Everlast: Undying Tale. The playtest will run from Friday, December 19, 2025, to Sunday, December 21, 2025. It will be available through Steam, with those interested in participating able to sign-up now, and contain around two hours of content.

Everlast: Undying Tale puts players in the roles of Pyrrhics, people resurrected by Death himself, placed under his contract, and cursed to deal with an undead threat in the kingdoms of South Umbardom and Northgaelia. Players can play solo or in multiplayer. The game features a real-time combat system with players able to block, dodge, and parry enemy attacks while dealing melee and ranged damage. An array of skill systems covers fishing, gathering, occult rituals, combat tactics, and more. Players can also team up with others to help rebuild sections of the game’s map. The game is planned to release for PC in 2026.
