Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma, Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar Receive Free Updates

Marvelous released free updates for both Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma and Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar. The Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma update adds the “Story of Seasons Bundle” collaboration DLC, which lets players take on new quests that add the cow, chicken, sheep, and alpaca from Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar to their farms, as well as additional buildings and decorations. Meanwhile, the Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar update adds a new volume to the Happy Bingo mini-game, with three new cards for players to complete adding new cosmetic items as rewards.

Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma sees players controlling a male or female protagonist in the Japan-inspired eastern lands of Azuma. As an Earth Dancer, they are destined to restore hope and life to the land, which has been ravaged by the Celestial Collapse and the cessation of power from the runes. The game will see players rebuild entire villages; fight with new weapons, including bows and talismans; and wield sacred treasures. Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is a remake of the Nintendo DS farming sim released in the west as Harvest Moon DS: Grand Bazaar. The game is available now for PC, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. It is set in Zephyr Town, the bazaar of which previously attracted visitors from all across the world, but has fallen on lean times. As the town’s newest resident, it is up to players to help revitalise its fortunes.
