Starfinder: Afterlight Gets Kickstarter Trailer Ahead of Campaign Launch

Epictellers Entertainment released its Kickstarter trailer for Starfinder: Afterlight ahead of the game’s imminent Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign. The campaign for the turn-based sci-fi RPG will begin on October 7, 2025, and comes ahead of a planned Steam Early Access release in 2026. In addition, the developer announced that actress Carolina Ravassa (Overwatch, Dragon Age: The Veilguard) is joining the game’s cast as Captain Khali, an adventurous pirate that assists the player and their crew.

Starfinder: Afterlight is set in Paizo’s Starfinder tabletop RPG universe and is being developed for PC. The game features turn-based combat based on the rules of Starfinder Second Edition. It lets players assemble and lead a crew of misfits, each with their own stories and moral dilemmas. They venture into the Pact Worlds, discovering cosmic wonders and facing a threat that looms over the entire galaxy, with the game billed as featuring a branching narrative with hundreds of unique paths based on the player’s choices.
